1. General Policy
We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Each product is carefully inspected and packed before shipment. Please review your order details carefully before completing payment, as accuracy in the recipient’s name, address, and contact number is essential. Clothes Market is not responsible for delayed or lost deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided at checkout.
All orders are shipped primarily through Express Mail Service or equivalent carriers. Delivery time may vary depending on location and customs clearance procedures.
2. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it, before the item has been shipped.
Once the parcel has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
In the event you still wish to cancel after dispatch, the request will be treated under our Return Policy.
3. Return Policy
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your full name, order number, and order email in your message.
Returned items must be in original condition, meaning:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags and packaging intact
- Free from any signs of use, damage, or odour
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, restocking fees, and handling charges unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
4. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
All exchange requests are subject to product availability and the same original-condition requirements as returns.
For exchanges involving a different style or price, you may be asked to pay the price difference, as well as applicable shipping, restocking, and handling fees.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds can only be processed before shipment if you contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.
Once the package has been dispatched, refunds cannot be issued until the returned item is received and inspected.
After approval, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refunds for shipping fees, restocking fees, and handling charges are not available unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
6. How to Request a Return or Refund
Please contact our Customer Care Team at returns@clothes-market.com to obtain the correct return address before sending any item back.
Do not return parcels to the company address listed on the website, as it is not the return processing center.
